Shipping Information

We ship within 24 hours! After we receive your online order, we process it and ship it within 24 hours in most cases. If we receive your online order on Friday, it may not be shipped until the following Monday morning because our post office is not open on Saturday. (It’s a small town!) If it looks like there is to be any other delay, we will email you so that you are aware of it.

We use Priority Mail. We ship to all locations using Priority Mail or Global Priority services provided by the United States Postal Service. Delivery time is between 1 to 3 days, depending upon destination, for domestic destinations. Packages are shipped from our local post office, Monday through Friday. The USPS delivers to all US addresses and Post Office boxes and military addresses without surcharge for Saturday or residential delivery. We do not offer overnight or rush shipping services. We do not, at this time, ship by any service other than the United States Postal Service and their contracting agents.

We ship everywhere! When we say this, keep in mind that there may be limitations we do not foresee. We are experiencing a big learning curve when it comes to global shipping, so we will contact you if we anticipate a delay or a problem with shipping to you. It is our goal to reach you wherever you may be (except on the Moon). We’ll do all we can do and we’ll be in touch with our international customers to provide the best service possible.

We will do all we can to keep your shipping charges to a minimum. If it is possible for us to ship it to you for less than the shipping charges stated on your order, we will do so. We’ve really tried to make the shipping estimation accurate, but shipping costs vary according to what is ordered and it’s shape, weight and size. These factors require that we overestimate our shipping costs. We know this, and it is our promise to you that your actual charges will be as low as we can make them. We will never charge you more than the estimated charges as shown on your order.
